What is the registration deadline? January 22nd, 2010. After January 22nd all fees increase by 20%. Onsite registration is fee plus 20%.

Yes. See the payment options offered during registration. Any balance due is to be paid at check-in. No post-dated payments after check-in.
What does it cost for my friend who wants to come for only a day? Nothing; however, bring your friend to the registration table for a name tag. Explain to your friend that anyone bringing kids for the day do so at the risk of the class being full. Explain to your friend anyone coming for two (2) days or more should plan to pay registration fee.
My Spouse isn't coming. How do I register?
Either as a single or single parent.
Where can I stay and what is the price? We have secured over 1,000 rooms in the Athens area from single occupancy to 3 bedroom condos to meet your lodging needs. When making a reservation, tell them you are with the Athens Festival of Faith. All room rates are good until two weeks prior to the event...after that they are released to the general public and are subject to price change. Click here for more information.
The event will be held at the Athens Classic Center. Visit their website for directions.
Where can I park and what does it cost? Parking is included at no cost to the extent available in The Classic Center Parking Deck. There are five levels of the parking deck along with some additional parking behind the Foundry Street Building.
Where do I go on Friday night? Come to Registration in the Old Fire House area of the Athens Classic Center. I will be arriving very late Friday night. Can I check in on Saturday? Yes. Come to Registration in the Old Fire House area of the Athens Classic Center.
What do I do with my kids on Friday night? There will be classes for kids 5 year old and younger in the Foundry Street Buildings. Friday night’s program will be an interactive adventure through the book of Acts. You are to take kids six and older with you and use this time to explain to them that what they are seeing is from the Bible making it a teaching time…after all people had their kids with them on the day of Pentecost. There will be classes for all ages on Saturday and Sunday.
Is there a special program for Middle School, Teens, and College students? Yes. On Saturday, Teens and Middle Schoolers are to meet in the Old Fire House at 8:45 AM where they will load charter buses for The Swamp; returning to the same place at 5:00 PM. Juniors and Seniors will be bused to the Campus program Saturday afternoon for a campus fair and time with the college students. Lunch will be served at The Swamp for $8 per person.
College students will be a part of the main classes until 11:15 AM at which time they will travel to the Athens Church of Christ's building for their own program to finish at 5:00 PM.

Will there be translators for the hearing impaired and Spanish speaking participants? Yes. Look for the specially designated seating areas in the Grand Ballroom.
Is there a class for babies younger than 12 months? No. This age will stay with you; however, there is a designated room for nursing mothers overlooking the Grand Ballroom with sound and video so she can still be involved. |
